Directions to Ivyleaf Golf Centre (from the North)

If you are travelling from the north (for example Barnstaple, Bideford, or along the North Devon coast), Ivyleaf Golf Centre is easy to reach via the A39 Atlantic Highway.

By Car

Follow the A39 Atlantic Highway south towards Bude / Stratton.
You will travel past Hartland, GCHQ Bude and drive through Kilkhampton.
Continue on the A39 and you will pass the Little Pig farm shop.
There is a right hand bend past the tip, keep going, not far now.
As you come around the bend it is very green and a small 'valley' to your right.
As the valley flattens out and the road straightens, look out for the  sign to Ivyleaf on your left.
Drive up the hill, round the left hand bend past Heidelberg materials and up the hill.
Keep going until you can see a house in front of you and the entrance to Ivyleaf on the left.
As you drive to the left, then take a right and you can then drive into the Ivyleaf car park.

Directions to Ivyleaf Golf Centre (from the South)

If you are travelling from the south (for example Wadebridge, Newquay, or Bodmin), Ivyleaf Golf Centre is easily reached via the A39 Atlantic Highway.

By Car

Follow the A39 Atlantic Highway north towards Bude.
Continue on the A39 as you approach Bude, staying on the main road.
At this point follow signs for Bideford otherwise you'll end up driving into Bude town.
You will drive past an industrial estate with fields on your right.
You will then drive past a new build estate, with fields on your right.
You will reach the Stratton roundabout with Penbode vets on the right.
Continue over the roundabout on the A39 towards Bideford and Holsworthy.
You will soon reach a 30mph section through Bush.
As you reach the 40mph section, look out for the road to Ivyleaf on the right.
Drive up the hill, round the left hand bend past Heidelberg materials and up the hill.
Keep going until you can see a house in front of you and the entrance to Ivyleaf on the left.
As you drive to the left, then take a right and you can then drive into the Ivyleaf car park.

Travelling to the Golf Centre by Bus

The nearest bus stop is Bush House (cordptgd) on the A39 at the bottom of Ivyleaf Hill.

Please be aware it is a 370m walk along the A39 before you reach Ivyleaf Hill.
It is then a further 900m walk up the hill to reach the golf course.

Travelling to the Golf Centre by Taxi

There are a number of well regarded taxi companies in this area.

Just ask them to take you to Ivyleaf Golf Centre and they will know where to come.
